People often ask for help sourcing parts so I will be adding links here and updating them as often as I can.
I will be adding short reviews about each supplier in due course.

Where can I get Deep-V rims and Phil Wood hubs at a good price? What about individual spokes without having to buy a box of a hundred? I have bought parts from the suppliers below many many times.

Good place to get DT Swiss spokes individually. They sell them in packs of six which means of course you'll have four remaining if you're building a 32 hole wheel.
I can't recommend cyclebasket highly enough. The best prices you'll find anywhere and pretty much next day delivery with Interlink Express. I get most of my wheel parts here especially spokes. At 20p per spoke for ACI Alpina double butted stainless steel in silver it's a fantastic deal.

There is Damon Rinard's excel spreadsheet which really is the best one out there, but here are a few more. I tend to take 1mm off the final 3–cross length.
